What happens next?

After submitting your form, you will receive an email from us with further instructions. If we don't receive a response to this email, we will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp or phone using the phone number you provided.

This is how the buyback process works:
After your form has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with our shipping address. You will send the watch to us at your own expense. Please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. To protect yourself, we recommend using shipping insurance and package tracking. However, the decision to do so is yours.

Once we receive your watch, we'll notify you, and our team of experts will evaluate it based on age, model, make, and condition. Once the evaluation is complete, you'll receive an offer for the value of the voucher you'll receive in exchange for your watch.

If you accept the offer, the voucher will be issued to you, and the watch will become our property. If you decline the offer, we will return the watch to you free of charge.
